Mango Mousse

Preparation time 10 minutes
Setting time 30 minutes
Serves 4
Mango pulp - ¾ cup
Fresh cream - ½ cup
Sugar - 6 tsp
Peel the mango and discard the seed and cut into cubes. Blend well with sugar.
Mango Mousse

Refrigerate glass bowl in the freezer for about 10 minutes. Add fresh cream in the freezed bowl and beat well with a beater.
Mango Mousse

Divide mango pulp into equal quantity. Add one amount of mango pulp to the fresh cream and mix well.
Mango Mousse

Add remaining mango pulp in the serving glass and refrigerate for about 10 minutes. Add fresh cream mango mixture over the mango pulp and again refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Mango Mousse

 Garnish with Chopped mango and serve chilled.

I used 2 alphonso mango.
Adjust sugar according to the sweetness of mango.
I used amul fresh cream.
You can garnish with chopped nuts also.
