Dosa
 Dosa is a South Indian breakfast and dinner recipe. In South India, every star hotel to small hotel dosa is served with two or three types of chutney and sambar. It is an easy and simple recipe.

Preparation time - 10 minutes + 6 hours (grinding and fermenting)
Cooking time - 20 minutes

Ingredients
Boiled rice - 1 cup
Raw rice - 1 cup
Urad dal - 1/2 cup
Fenugreek - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - To taste
Water - required amount
Method
Wash boiled rice, raw rice, urad dal, fenugreek and soak it for 4 hours.

Then grind it in a grinder or mixie with salt and enough water.

Then ferment this batter for 8 hours.

Then spread this batter in the dosa pan with little oil to make dosa. Serve with chutney and sambar. I served with red chilli chutney.

Note:
You can grind it in the grinder also.
If you want soft dosa you can cover the dosa pan with a lid and cook.
If you want your dosa more crispy, you can dilute the batter with water and spread thinly over the dosa pan.
Don't add more water While grinding. Add water little by little and grind.
