Now mango season is going on. We have to do lots of mango recipes. Mango popsicle is one among them. Last year I made mango popsicle with homemade mango jam and milk. This year I made mango popsicle with fresh mango pulp.

Now let us see how to make mango popsicle
Serves - 4
Freezing time - 8 hours
Preparation time - 15 minutes
Mango Popsicle Ingredients:
Alphonso         - 1
Water - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 tblsp
Mango Popsicle Method:
Peel the mango and chop into slices. Add mango, sugar and water in a blender and blend well.

 Fill mango juice in the popsicle mould.
Mango Popsicle

Freeze it for about 4 to 6 hours.
Mango Popsicle

After 6 hours show the mould in running water and take it out slowly.

Mango Popsicle

Freezing time may vary according to your freezer.
You don’t have popsicle mould, you can make it in the plastic cup, paper cup or small steel tumbler.
