Pineapple Raita
Summer has started. We can beat the heat with fruit raita’s and fruit juices.
You can eat the pineapple raita as a snack or as a accompaniment of pulao, biryani and parathas.  It tastes very good. It tastes like chat. I will post lot of fruit juices later.

Pineapple Raita

Now we can see the pineapple raita
Pineapple Raita Ingredients:
Pineapple         - 1 cup
Pomegranate Pearls - ½ cup
Mint               - 2 sprigs for garnishing
Curd       - 1 cup
Black salt         - 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder - ½ tsp(roasted)
Red chilli powder - ½ tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp (optional)
Pineapple Raita Method:
 Whisk curd. Add black salt, redchilli powder,sugar and cumin powder to the curd and stir well.
Pineapple Raita

Peel outer thorny layer of pineapple. Cut in to tiny cubes. Add pineapple and pomegranate to the curd mixture and mix thoroughly. Garnish with mint leaves.

 Serve with pulao, biryani or parathas.

Note:
Dry roast ½ tsp cumin and powder it. Always use roasted cumin powder, it will enhance the flavor of the dish.
You can add alt instead of black salt.
Add ¼ tsp chat masala also.
