Urad dal flour is used in most of the South Indian snacks like seedai, murukku,seepu seedai and so on. So we can make and store it in the air tight container. Whenever we need we can use it .

Urad dal             - 1/2 kg

Dry roast urad dal in a pan till nice aroma comes.. After cooling grind it in the mixie.

 Sieve the flour and add the remaining granules in the other batch and grind.

Store it in the air tight container.

Note:
 We can make rice flour and urad dal flour and store it in the air tight containers. It is handy for the coming festival season.
Dry roast urad dal in the medium flame and keep on stirring or else it will burn.
