Kiwi Lassi
Kiwi fruit is the national fruit of China. It is also known as Chinese gooseberry. It originated in the Chang Kiang valley of China. Kiwi fruit has a brown hairy peel with white pulp and green flesh. It has tiny black seed and green creamy flesh. Immature fruits are hard while mature one are softer.
Ancient times, Chinese used it as a health tonic, especially, for women after childbirth and for children to improve immunity. Kiwi fruit is rich in vitamin C, vitamin E, Potassium, dietary fiber and Magnesium.
Whatever way we use it, like chutney, salad, lassi etc the nutritional values remain the same. Kiwi fruit consumption could improve sleep in adults with sleep problems.

Kiwi Lassi Ingredients:
Kiwi        - 1 cup
Kiwi Lassi
Yogurt - 2 cup
Honey - 2 tsp
Vanilla essence - ½ tsp
Ice cubes          - 4
Sugar - 4 tsp











Kiwi Lassi Method:
Peel and chop the kiwi fruit.

 In a blender add chopped kiwi, yogurt, honey, vanilla essence, sugar and ice cubes.

Blend well and serve.

Note:
Add sugar according to your taste.
Kiwi is a bit sour. So add honey and sugar to taste
