Our next recipe in the banana fruit recipe series is our banana smoothie. Banana smoothie is a very nice and easy recipe which the kids will also love. You can make it more nutritious by adding a dash of honey too.
Banana smoothie is a anytime recipe, but it should be consumed immediately. It can be neither refrigerated nor stored , as the colour will change darker in about half an hour. So whenever you make it consume it immediately.

Banana Smoothie

Banana Smoothie Ingredients:
Banana - 1
Milk        - 1 cup
Honey - 2 tblsp
Sugar - 3 tsp
Vanila essence - few drops
Ice cube        - 4

Banana Smoothie Method:
Peel and chop the banana.

In a blender add chopped banana, milk, honey, sugar, vanilla essence and ice cubes and blend well.

 Pour it in the glass and add dash of honey over it and serve.
